After graduating from Cornell University, Johnson School, I joined the software industry.

As hi-tech entrepreneur and CFO, I participated to several ventures, including the expansion of IA Corp, a company we took from a garage to the Nasdaq.

In 1997, I created InSYNC, with a focus on helping prominent hi-tech business angels and investors. We boosted their portfolio companies’ strategic projects, and beefed up their management teams.

I joined the Transition Management industry in 2001, where I was one of the first professionals to operate under that label. I still do as of today. We help our clients tackle their corporate challenges.

As rigorous Project Management is an essential part of most Transition Management endeavors, I obtained the PMP® certification in 2014.
